Fluxx is a framework for understanding hormonal changes in midlife: from the early signs of perimenopause to the long arc of postmenopausal health.

We use the word “fluxx” to describe what most of us weren’t taught to expect: phases of shifting hormones that touch nearly every part of the body.

Meet our Founder

Heidi Snyder Flagg, MD, is a board-certified OBGYN with over 30 years of clinical experience, with 23 years as managing partner of a women-led medical practice in New York City.

She’s a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, an advocate for evidence-based care, and a fierce believer that women deserve better information - and a lot less shame - when it comes to hormones and aging.
